    The MASSPROT platform provides proteomics services principally by liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry. Our tools are ESI-QTOF, ESI-LT and ESI HR/AM Orbitrap. Offline 2D-LC and 2D gel electrophoresis are also available. We specialize in the identification and quantification of proteins from complex samples. The platform possesses expertise in the study of cellular membranes and in the implication of some membrane proteins in congenital diseases. The platform also has expertise in the identification and quantification of post-translational modifications, a valuable asset in the fields of new antibiotic discovery, diabetes, cancer and immunotherapy.
