IMAGING ANALYSIS STATIONS
 

DESCRIPTION   2 workstations are available for imaging analysis: LSM980-Offline station: software for confocal, multiphoton and FLIM Arivis station: Zen Blue and AriVis4 software    2 Halo stations ?

APPLICATIONS

The goal of these stations is to analyze data obtained from the confocal or electron microscope microscopes. We do not want to immobilize the on-line acquisition stations (high-cost) for analysis that can be done off-line (low-cost).

Softwares permit standard morphometry (length, area, histograms; 1-preparing binary image; 2-membrane domains in RBCs) but also FLIM data analysis and co-localization studies and programming of macros.
